We are Tiny Traditions and we believe every family deserves the joy of celebrating cultural festivals without the stress of planning.

As busy parents ourselves, we know how hard it can be to carve out time for crafts, recipes, and meaningful stories. That’s why we created Tiny Traditions: curated holiday boxes filled with storybooks, hands-on crafts, festive recipes, and music playlists.

Our mission is simple:

Our Story

I’m Parvati — a working mom of two who has always loved making every holiday feel special. Growing up in India, I celebrated festivals all year long. Each one was joyful, unique, and full of meaning.

But as life got busier, I often found myself scrambling at the last minute… or realizing a festival had slipped by entirely (until my mom reminded me!). Sound familiar?

That’s why I created Tiny Traditions: to take away the stress and bring back the joy. To make it easy to celebrate traditions you already love — and to discover new ones from cultures around the world. Each box is filled with crafts, recipes, and traditions you can trust — co-created with people rooted in those cultures, so every detail feels authentic. Best part? No need to track the festival dates or prep supplies. Your box arrives ready, so you can focus on family, fun, and memories.

We’re a scrappy startup right now, starting small with Diwali and Day of the Dead. But by 2026, our dream is to offer at least 8 festival boxes for a year-round subscription — celebrating cultures from around the world, together.
